I have 16 on schedule to day and 8 for tomorrow. I had decided to leave my house early and run the 9.5 miles down to a 5K that my friend was the RD. I'd run the race and then run back. The goal was to knock both days out in one run. Sadly, yesterday I was knocked out on my bum with something not quite so bad as the flu. I woke up 3:15 AM feeling even worse. I spent most of the day in bed. |
