This week's schedule... Monday: off - very nice Tues: 4 miles Wed: 8 miles Thur: 6 miles Friday: Off Sat: 16 mile Sun: 8 miles Total weekly mileage: 42 I'm pretty confident I can hit those marks except for Wed. I'm not sure I'll have any free time in one chunk to do all those miles. Perhaps I can split it up into 4 in the AM and 4 in the PM I have been reading about the pushup/situp/pullup blog challenge that fast running bloggers are trying and writing about.
