Hello from Georgia! Now that September is almost over the morning temps are reasonable. We had a 78 degree start with only 85% humidity. It feels like heaven!

Today our group decided we should do a hill route since we were going short. Why do things always sound good beforehand? We toughed it out with almost no complaints and had a strong finish.

I was signed up for the Hinson Lake 24hr race that is going on right now as I type. Sadly, work/life decided that I needed to stay local. I hope they are having fun up there. I've heard such great things about the race. Perhaps next year I can try again.
